Upon arrival at the dealership @ 7:31PM I was greeted by a guy & I apologize for not remembering his name. He knew that Andra was awaiting my arrival so he pointed me in her direction. Andra greeted me with a big smile. She had all of my paperwork on her desk & was in no hurry to push me through it but I explained to her that I’m a former VW salesman with over 10 yrs with the brand. As I were completing the paperwork Andra was explaining the the nice features on the car because she had driven it from Newnan to Marietta. Upon my completion she got me with that charming Nikkie in finance within 5 minutes. It was like Andra took me across the showroom to tag Nikkie in with her smiles & kind words. I’m a straight lay down however, I didn’t purchase a warranty because I bought the car that I wanted due to the fact that the 2018 VW has a 6/72K warranty already. I didn’t haggle on price because this car was priced aggressively. I was just at Manheim earlier yesterday morning and that vehicle is more in price at the auction than @ the dealership. I’m a dealer & haven’t purchased a vehicle from a retail lot since 2007. Thanks MLM for having that vehicle & most of all MLM would still have it if it wasn’t for the exceptional service of Andra McGough & Nikkie. By the way, I was walking to my new car @ 8PM.
