It’s been two months, I keep getting the run around, and this new sales manager is no longer employed there. I highly suggest you go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle. They are not a stand up dealership like I once thought. I ended up going here to purchase my vehicle after a horrible experience at another dealership. While I do like my car, I am disappointed in the way the dealership dealt with my issue. A few days after purchasing the car (2017 Nissan Rogue) I noticed that the rear upper break light was completely cracked and broken. How I missed this is beyond me. I immediately contacted my salesman, and his response was there was no way to prove it was broken before I purchased the car. When I sent him a photo that the dealership had taken - where you can clearly see the broken light - his response was to let him see what he could do. After a few days and no word from him, I messaged him again. He said his service manager was out for the week and he had to talk to him. Again, days later I messaged him asking if he had talked to anyone about the broken light. His response was to file a claim to have it fixed. I've never heard from him since. This makes me mad because I would have made them fix the light before I bought the car, or I would've gone elsewhere to purchase a vehicle. If this dealership won't even pay to fix a cracked light, I wonder where else they are cutting corners just to save a buck. Seriously disappointed in this place! And they just continue to disappoint! More
