BUYERS BEWARE I bought a vehicle here on September 21, 2018, a Mercedes Benz GLA250. This place is a scam. Even if you get pre-approved on their web site, the sales I bought a vehicle here on September 21, 2018, a Mercedes Benz GLA250. This place is a scam. Even if you get pre-approved on their web site, the sales person will show you payment options at extremely inflated annual percentage rates. My advice, get your own financing if you're going to buy a car here. They are all about volume, and the finance manager, Terry Diskin is proud to tell you that. He'll waste plenty of your time by keeping you in his office typing away on his computer and won't get you your best possible rate. I refinanced immediately after buying my car. Their delivery is ridiculous. They didn't even take the time to have the emissions inspection done. I had to do it myself, leaving the dealer without a proper temporary tag. I was also sold a vehicle with a punctured run flat tire, which I had to replace out of pocket. After a horrendous phone conversation with Stan Harris, one of the sales managers (who was harder to get on the phone than the president of the United States), he could have cared less. He didn't apologize or take ownership for anything, when I just wanted to be reimbursed for the new tire and the emissions test. After filing a complain with the Better Business Bureau, they finally agreed and cut me a check. What kind of place does this kind of business and who would want to work for a business like this? Ana Loor is a nice person but she's drinking their Kool-Aid. I wouldn't trust anyone here. More
