I highly value an employee who presents his or herself in a professional, courteous, and easy going way. This rings more true when considering the purchase of a new vehicle. There was zero pressure from the sales associate and I received answers to my questions quickly and had a quick test drive of another make and model at my request. We were also able to stay on track with the vehicle I am looking for, but to no one's fault, there were no 4x4 Tundras in my price range at this location and the truck I was ready to buy after seeing it as available on USAA was already sold (got my hopes up too soon). I hope I can do business with MLM and I'll be heading to the Roswell location tomorrow to look at a 4x4 Titan that I am now considering after test driving one today. Keep up the awesome work guys, because I'd rather deal with you than the mega dealerships around here. O yes, someone please tell ALM South to get it together. It was a nightmare over there today. Dirty facility and unprofessional service throughout. They were still searching for keys after 40 minutes of waiting. More
