Carolina was kind enough to have the car waiting out front for me to check out. Communicating with her about pricing through text was very convienent and we were able to come to a great deal. I only took off one star because I had a slight issue with financing office. If you plan to finance through state farm you will need check in hand- they will not accept drafts. I was not made aware of this in advance so it caused a little stress with purchase. Other than that, everything was very simple and to the point. I highly recommend Carolina at the MLM branch of ALM.
