Justin did a fantastic job detailing my car to the point of near perfection missing no tiny detail. The service people checked the car out thoroughly and set the car up so well, that I am 100% confident I will have many years of trouble free rides. The financing was a snap and we were in and out in no time at all. Well worth the wait, well worth the money, and a very good experience. He was quite persistent, pretty knowledgeable, great conversationalist (able to adjust to our speed/lingo) was able to with stand the third degree interrogation on “why should we by from you” from my fiancé, and passed with flying colors! Sergio provided “facts” and was very transparent. He didn’t lie (like most car salesman do) and was very honest. This was my first time purchasing a car and Sergio worked very diligently with his team to get me the best rates possible. Did I mention with “no” co-signer? Yay me!!! Josh and My Jeep I was reluctantly (kicking & screaming) looking at potential cars (I was interested in eventually purchasing a used Jeep), as my husband and I stepped I was reluctantly (kicking & screaming) looking at potential cars (I was interested in eventually purchasing a used Jeep), as my husband and I stepped into the lot. I was determined not to get caught up in the lengthy sales pitch of any car salesman that day. And there came Josh. We spoke briefly, and he was helpful, yet not aggressive or pushy. He pointed us in the direction of the Jeep we found online, and gave us our space as we browsed. We ended up test-driving 3 Jeeps that day with Josh. He was informative, patient, but most of all, honest and down-to-earth. He answered our questions & if he didn’t know the answer-he made every effort to find out. I ended up driving away with a new (used) Jeep which I enjoy more and more each day. Josh followed up with us-not once, but three times. Good salesman, but an even better guide to attending and listening to the customer’s needs. I am very pleased with my experience at Atlanta Luxury Motors.
