STAY AWAY VERY DECEPTIVE I signed a contract for the purchase of a 2012 Mercedes Benz on1/12/2018, I picked the car up on 1/13/2018. I was told I was approved and ther was not I signed a contract for the purchase of a 2012 Mercedes Benz on1/12/2018, I picked the car up on 1/13/2018. I was told I was approved and ther was nothing further I needed to do. I dove the car for 18 days on the 16 day I was contacted by dealership informing that I need to come sign new paper for a different bank. I came to the dealership on the 17th day to sign this new paperwork and when I get there they tell me oh before you sign you need a co-signer which I told them from the beginning I did not have. I did sign a bailment agreement. Which says that once they notify me that I’m not approved I must return the vehicle immediately or I would be charge a $100 per day and 33c per mile. My complaint is I was never told I wasn’t approved until I came to sign this so called new paperwork. I put down $2000 I was told by internet manager Suzanne and sales manager Ray that I would receive my $2000 back in full. I spoke to corporate Elizabeth Bernard who told they will not be giving me any refund. She told me because I signed the agreement and explained I was not notified until came into the dealership on day 17 to sign new paperwork so I would only be paying for those days. Ms Bernard went on to say I must know how would I have know to return the car. I explain why would I pay $2000 to have a car for 18 days I Then ask for the supervisors and she said that will be the owner I asked for his name she told me to figure it out More
