If you want to feel valued, go elsewhere! When we first got there we were approached by a salesman who seemed that he was going to be very helpful and nice. After test driving the car we sat d When we first got there we were approached by a salesman who seemed that he was going to be very helpful and nice. After test driving the car we sat down to talk some numbers, at this time everything was good but there was one particular comment that was made that should have made me walk out of the door that instant. He stated that if I did not want to move forward to let him know so that he could go on to the next customer. I almost walked away at this point and looking back I wish I would have went to a different salesman at the dealership. I ended up purchasing a luxury sports car and after closing up with finance and finishing all of the paperwork I had to wait for my key to my new car because another salesman had my key and was out in a test drive. After he returned with the key to my vehicle I then had to wait even longer for someone to go put the $20 of gas in the tank for me as they had promised (they wouldn’t even do a full tank). After finishing paperwork and everything we waited for almost an hour or more before we got to leave the dealership with the vehicle due to our salesman already being with another customer and no one seemed to want to help us at all after the vehicle was sold. I wouldn’t consider this a very good car buying experience and if you are looking for a car I would go elsewhere, where you are going to actually feel like a valued customer!! More

Customer Service Customer service was horrible. Was tricked into getting an older model. When I called and asked for a Q7 2015 I was told it was available.Had to drive Customer service was horrible. Was tricked into getting an older model. When I called and asked for a Q7 2015 I was told it was available.Had to drive over an hour to get to this dealer. Once all the paper work was complete I ended up with a Q7 2014 ? I never received the owners manual just kept getting the run around. I guess since the sale was made there was no need to keep helping me ? Sales person left during the sale so I had to place temporary tag on my self late at night. I was told during the test drive that they would add gas to the vehicle . They never put gas in the Audi ? So I had to drive around with my wife and my tow kids 3 and 5 looking for a gas station sitting on empty !!!!! This was a rough experience for me and my Family !!!!!! More
