good and bad experience Nikki Balbuena was our sales woman when I purchased my car a week ago. My only issue was the car I purchased had not been inspected by the dealership when I was ready for purchase. So they had to do an inspection prior to us driving off the lot with it. My car had a cracked bumper and several rust spots sporadically around the car that I asked to have addressed. I was told that everything would be taken care of after purchase when I schedule a service date. I took my car to Lexus for my own personal inspection, the tires failed because of a rear tire with a huge plug in it that no one mentioned. After a few days I able to schedule with the service manager for the rear bumper and paint, I also notified him of the tire issue. After 4 days I was told my car was ready for pick up, bumper was fixed beautifully, new tire placed (with a cost to me of 91.50), and the sales manager told me that he could not do the touch-ups because it was not written on my paper work. :( That bothered me because I was told it would be taken care of . On top of that they scratched my new black rims ALL the way up when replacing that tire..... To sum it up, my experience would have been perfect if they had kept their word, replaced my tire free of charge( since it should have been done anyway), and didn't damage my rims. Otherwise NIkki is the best sales woman there! Love her. More

Friendly Place and people, sweet rides Josh was very friendly (which any salesperson should be and are). The car was in good shape (not mint but close) and fair price. Obviously at 100k t Josh was very friendly (which any salesperson should be and are). The car was in good shape (not mint but close) and fair price. Obviously at 100k there will be some light maintenance issues. In the end i am happy so far and as long as the car performs as it has been. Won't know for a bit as it's barely been driven by me. It needs about a grand in very minor repairs which I'm sure is partly the reason the process agreed on was as fair as it was. As I said, any cast this old (10 years) will need minor fixes. Overall in happy at the moment worth my decision More
