Bad Customer Service I purchased a Porsche Cayenne for my customer. When my drivers got to the lot, the SUV was dirty & it would not start so the dealer jumped the car of I purchased a Porsche Cayenne for my customer. When my drivers got to the lot, the SUV was dirty & it would not start so the dealer jumped the car off knowing the battery was bad. They did not wash the SUV. When the driver arrived with the vehicle, he turned it off. I went outside to inspect the SUV & it would not crank up because the battery was dead. I spoke to Ali since I dealt with him & he said they would not replace the battery. This is my first & last time purchasing a vehicle with Marietta Luxury. More

Bad dealership, horrible service Beware, I bought a BMW 335 from them it has had a Check Engine light on from the second i pulled off the lot. They were supposed to repair it accordin Beware, I bought a BMW 335 from them it has had a Check Engine light on from the second i pulled off the lot. They were supposed to repair it according to the (we owe) but all it did was cause more codes. The mechanic and Shawn didnt want to own up to it. Then they charge a $699 fee to detail your car with one free oil change and tire rotation. Ive seen better details from the neighborhood kid for $20, didnt even get the tires cleaned, left the previous owners stains in the carpets, never washed the engine bay nor did they wax it, seriously?! For $700 you expect a lottle more. Lastly, the shorted the oil change 1qt, oil light came on the next day, i had it checked and it needed an extra qt. More
