Amazing experience! Whitney Maitland was helpful from start to finish. She eased my nerves and I was able to walk out of there the same day with the car I wanted with a Whitney Maitland was helpful from start to finish. She even called me a week later to make sure I was still enjoying the car. The only thing I would change was the detailing of the car, as the inside of my windows had smudges all over and I had to go back behind them and re-wipe down the windows. Not the worst problem in the world - but still didn't want to have to deal with cleaning my new car the first week I got it. Overall - great experience! Thanks Whitney! More

However, my daughter was getting her first car and I was fortunate enough to run into Josh...who did exactly what I needed him to do. He didn't get in the way of the deal. He presented the car, was pleasant, gave me space to inspect and joined us for a test drive. He was candid about the vehicle's shortcomings and forthcoming about the pricing structure from the dealership. We found some common ground on price, with a bit of back and forth with management, and squared with finance. The result was a beaming daughter, a new car, and a big red bow at the front of the dealership. Thanks, Josh. Great job. I also wish I had access to my notes...I enjoyed my interaction with the Finance rep and the Asst Mgr was also fair. Our dealings were professional, direct, and productive...they were trying to get the best deal for the dealer, I was trying to get the best deal for me...everyone was fair. All you could ask. More

Josh called me immediately, and I was able to visit the dealership an hour later. He answered my questions and was not pushy at all like some dealers can be. I ended up purchasing one of the cars the same day and am very pleased. I would buy from Josh in the future, and I highly recommend this dealership. They seem to be interested in the customer having an overall good experience and want repeat customers versus some dealerships that only care about the sale. Keep in mind they list low prices already and don't mark up their cars a ton, so expect a fair price without much negotiation. More
