He and Marq (finance manager) helped us make a smart decision on a vehicle as well as kept us within our budget. Not at any point were they pushy or rude. I honestly felt like we were doing business with family the whole time. We test drove a vehicle on late sunday night and in the rain and was never given to sense of rushing or as if we were bothering them. Marq was great with finding us something the following day that was within our budget after the first car didn't fit the numbers we wanted. They even stayed a little past closing time that Monday night due to how far away we stayed from the dealership to finish our deal. Received the car that night with a full tank of gas and warranty coverage. Even the small problem we had with the keys was easily taken care of by Shaun in service without a hiccup.
