I bought a car from them and paid for tag, title, and transfer of the title. The sales manager gave me a temporary tag and told me my tag would be sent to me at my home address. Well the temporary tag expired and no tag. So I was forced to take a day off of work and go to the tag office and see what was going on. They told me not only did I not have a tag, but the dealership had not even filled out the paperwork to get the title transferred, much less pay for my tag. So I called the sales manager and asked him what the deal was? He said he would look into it. Two weeks later no tag. So I had to take time off from work again. This time the lady at the tag office said the title was paid for, but the dealership DID NOT pay for the tag. So I had to pay the $20 for the tag. Not to mention I lost out on a day and a half of work ( $532 ), and the fact I had paid $44 in the bill of sales for the car. So I am out a total of $596. But wait it gets better. The guy that sold me the car said he was going to mail me the second key to the car. I called several times to no avail. The Honda dealership has informed me that this type of key has to be programed and the cost for a replacement key is $180. Absolutely incredible. More

I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the vehicle I purchased and feel that they really need to work on this department. I got a good deal on my vehicle so I didnt mind having to spend a few hours really detailing the car to make sure it was clean. I did have an issue shortly after driving off the lot and my vehicle broke down on the side of the road at 9 pm when I was still 3 hours from home. We were stuck and I called the sales rep to see what they could do to help since I had just purchased the car a few hours prior. My husband was able to get the car running again, and the company had offered to pay for our hotel until we could resolve the issue in the morning. They also told me a manager would call the next day to follow up. I was happy that they eventually came to a solution to take car of us, but there was no follow-up from the manager which was disappointing. I recommend Gerard as a sales rep, but I was not really impressed with the cleanliness of a vehicle that was being purchased from a dealership or with the follow up from management. More

Easy purchase experience I was looking for a used Nissan Rouge and through cargurus.com found 3 that I was interested in looking at. I submitted interest to all 3 and within 3 I was looking for a used Nissan Rouge and through cargurus.com found 3 that I was interested in looking at. I submitted interest to all 3 and within 30 minutes received a call from Victor Stanley with Marietta Luxury Motors to set up a time for me to come in. Once there I test drive and was instantly in live with the car. We financed through my bank (although they have several banks that they deal with), purchased a 4 year comprehensive warranty and negotiated my trade-in within a few hours. Mr. Ken did a great job with getting all the paperwork finalized and I couldn't be happier with my purchase and overall experience. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Victor! More

We are in the market, and could pull the trigger in about a week, but Leon met us and greeted us in such a professional manner. A very knowledgeable salesperson with a heart of gold, Leon guided us as we took the time we needed to make a decision. We'd done business here before, so it was only natural to return. The vehicle selected was quite the surprise and I'm happy that I really end up getting the vehicle I wanted. A big shout out to Leon Williams!! This guys is a class act unto himself, and is an exemplary team member at this establishment. We love this guy! Marques Holloway is another person we worked with and he's another awesome person at MLM! If you ever got bad service, report it because they take YOU seriously and they want you to be happy in the end! Take care y'all! More

Crappy Car! I purchased a BMW 2009 328i in February, I got it financed, but eventually paid it off within a month. That is by far the worst decision I have ever made. Within 2 weeks of me having the car, I had a major oil leak. I contancted the store, they were rude and offered no help. The warranty that I purchased was a waiste of time, It did not cover it. The salesman told me that it would cover anything under the hood engine related. Since then, I have had to place the serpentine belt, all coils and spark plugs, MAF Sensor, and it is still not working. I am at a complete lost right now. I purchased what was suppose to be a great car in February, and it is not working right now. Please make sure that the car is running and will last before you purchase from here. Not any customer should purchase a car and have it totally not running within 7 months. More
