That is by far the worst decision I have ever made. Within 2 weeks of me having the car, I had a major oil leak. I contancted the store, they were rude and offered no help. The warranty that I purchased was a waiste of time, It did not cover it. The salesman told me that it would cover anything under the hood engine related. Since then, I have had to place the serpentine belt, all coils and spark plugs, MAF Sensor, and it is still not working. I am at a complete lost right now. I purchased what was suppose to be a great car in February, and it is not working right now. Please make sure that the car is running and will last before you purchase from here. Not any customer should purchase a car and have it totally not running within 7 months. More

The car was in great shape and they agreed to remove and a few minor dents that were in the hood at no cost to us. Based on my experience after the purchase I will not. Armando, both friendly and professional. It was a pleasure meeting him and buying a car. We called on Thursday looking for a Mercedes Benz. We visited on Saturday. Armando is not pushy and is very patient. We were given time and space to make up our mind. In fact we have asked Armando to locate another vehicle. He is an excellent salesman. Since the date of purchase the service has been horrible. We were told that we would get two keys to the 2015 Mercedes we purchased. This was told to us by Armando and Mark,the one who wrote up the contract. After what seemed like pulling teeth the car was delivered on last Wednesday July 26 without the second key. We asked Armando about the second key he said he would talk to his boss and get back with us. I have texted him and no reply. I talked to Mark now who says, "Two keys don't come with a used car." If he had initially said this we would have not purchased a car from them. Honesty means a lot. More
43 Days and Still No Title... I bought a 2009 Lexus ISF on 6/16/2017 and today is 7/28/2017, the last business day before my temporary tags expire on 7/31/2017 and I STILL have not I bought a 2009 Lexus ISF on 6/16/2017 and today is 7/28/2017, the last business day before my temporary tags expire on 7/31/2017 and I STILL have not received my title nor has my bank or the County Tax Collector in Brevard. This dealership is full of liars and poorly trained/managed sales associates. Every time you call the dealership (I've had to call far too many times) you get someone willing to say anything to get a sale, even swooping other associate's pending sales. They have one phone line in the dealership and they treat it like you're calling the stock market trading floor. Getting through to the sales manager (Mark Thomas) or the finance manager (Ken Bohannon) is a constant struggle. I just want my title so I register the car I purchased OVER A MONTH AGO! My bank has paid them in full within 5 days and Marietta Luxury Motors STILL held my $1,000 deposit for 14 days after I purchased the car. And I had to hound Ken Bohannon to REFUND the money (not not just release a credit hold like agreed). But let's get to the actual car sale and the transaction instead of just dwelling on the unprofessionalism of this lot. I live in Central FL and worked with Mark Thomas in GA by phone to reach an agreeable price for this Lexus. Price was agreed to at $24K plus tax, tag, and title contingent on a pre-purchase inspection to be completed at a certified Lexus dealership. I gave my CC info to reserve the car while I flew to Atlanta and took an Uber to MLM. Upon getting there I give Eduardo Ferreira (sales associate) my DL and insurance so I can run to my inspection appointment. I get in the car and there's no gas in it. I limp to the closest gas station to put $5 in the tank so I can make the appointment. Turn on the stereo and the speakers are blown! I mention this to Mark and that I'll have to replace it and they should take $100 off since the car is not as advertised; his reaction "I hope you don't buy the car so I make $1K on your deposit." Classy... Screw it. I flew all the way here from CFL and now I'm committed to this deal. We go to do the paperwork on the sale and Ken says we need a check from your bank or you can't take the car. My bank (Nationwide) is on the phone with Ken saying the funds are guaranteed and will transfer via ACH within 5 business days which is industry standard. Ken won't agree and makes me apply for ANOTHER LOAN through their partnered lending company to secure the loan I already have.Fine...I'll go along with that too just let me get out of here! I see the sale price now also includes an additional unadvertised FEES of $599 for "Customer Service Package" and $199 "Title Processing Fee" which are both ILLEGAL in the state of Georgia to include unadvertised fees under the state's Auto Advertising and Sales Practices Enforcement Policies (AAEP). So now my total sale price is a full $700 over the agreed price and I still haven't gotten my title to register the car yet. Buyer beware of this dealership and avoid at all costs. Completely untrustworthy and will NEVER do business with these people again. More

The dealership agreed to fix the paint on the bumper of my newly purchased car, so they took it to a shop and told me I'd receive my car on a certain day. The dealership didn't end up giving me my car until three days after the date they promised to give it to me. Ray Bruce (Upper management) was horrible to work with. His customer service was very dissatisfying. I definitely recommend people to shop elsewhere when it comes to purchasing a quality luxury vehicle. More
