They were a bit reluctant to further reduce the price based on the fact that the price was well below market value, but hey, I had to try. I did take the car to an independent BMW service shop to have the car inspected and it turned out to be in excellent condition other than the AC needing to be serviced which they readily took care of! The service manager came out and mad sure I was satisfied with the air conditioning at that point and gave me his phone number and the freedom to call if I have any other concerns. The customer service that I received in the dealership was both excellent and professional. The sales associate Gerrad Smith was attentive and courteous and extremely personable. I would buy there again! More
