Easy, Pain Free Experience! I came in with 3 cars in mind. The sales rep (Duane) was patient and willing to work with me until I made the choice. He didn't use high pressure sales or typical sales tactics. The managers and other reps were all very friendly. Two managers thanked us for our purchase and made sure we were well taken care of. Disaster I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Marietta Luxury Motors. Buying a car from them has quickly turned into a disaster. What should have I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Marietta Luxury Motors. Buying a car from them has quickly turned into a disaster. What should have been a pleasant experience, buying a new car as a birthday and graduation present has now turned into a car I can barley drive. I took the car back to be assessed and sat in the waiting room for four and a half hours just to get home and realize the same problem is still happening. Not only is my time not important to the dealership but the car was held for me for over a week and in that time the car was not properly assessed nor was it detailed up to standard. I was never given any paperwork proof on what maintenance has been done on the car including after my four hour wait. I am now expected to find the time again for them to "properly asses" the same issue they claimed to have addressed. Not only is this the most inconvenient disaster of a situation but I am overall regretful I paid $24k in cash for this experience. BE WEARY OF THIS PLACE. I do not recommend giving Marietta Luxury Motors your business, let alone your time because you will be let down. More

Do not finance at this place I purchased a Nissan Murano from Allen, who was very helpful, knowledgeable and never pressured us, but there were things he couldn't control. The gu I purchased a Nissan Murano from Allen, who was very helpful, knowledgeable and never pressured us, but there were things he couldn't control. The guy from the finance department was very pushy and asked us to buy a warranty and gap insurance. He used tactics to use coupons to lower our interest rate as long as we buy the warranty. To convince us, he even bought another person who spoke Spanish to tell us in Spanish the benefits of the warranty, like we didn't speak English, but just because we are Hispanics. We ended up getting the warranty but still gave us a terrible rate. Unfortunately we had an accident and we needed copies of paperwork from them, they would keep us on hold or transfer to other people who never answered. Thanks to Allen, our sales person we were able to get what we needed. We purchased another car from another dealer and our rate was half of what their rate was. The sales people who work there are helpful too bad they work there. More
