Great Buying Experience Researched a car online through Cargurus and located one at Marietta Luxury Motors. Called the dealership to make sure car was still in stock. Jeremy answered the phone and answered all of my questions. Next day he contacted me for follow-up. My wife and I went to the dealership on Saturday and Jeremy was busy with another customer. Rather than make us wait, he turned us over to Bailey. Bailey was very personable as well and a pleasure to deal with. I financed through them and Ken in the finance office was great to deal with. SCAMMER!!! BUY AT YOUR RISK!!! SCAMMERS!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!! Sold me a car with BAD breaks (that should have NEVER passed inspection) and refused to fix i SCAMMERS!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!! Sold me a car with BAD breaks (that should have NEVER passed inspection) and refused to fix it when I took it back. The MLM Service Manager (Danny) stated to me that the car was not even safe enough to drive AND THEN LIED TO MY FACE that a faulty part caused the bad breaks. LIE. LIE.LIE.LIE. Literally put my safety in danger. I took it to Mercedes and paid out of my own pocket to make sure my breaks were fixed properly. More

Bought a used car for my first car So I came to MLM looking to get a good deal on a Lexus IS 250. The dealership had one that fit the description for exactly what I wanted. The only issue was the car had just arrived so it was covered in dings and scratches, but after a deal was reached Whitney worked tirelessly for several hours to make the car seem brand new. Ron, the salesman who sold me the car, remained at the dealership well after he was supposed to get off just to make sure I got the quality he promised and he followed through.
