Very quick and easy I saw my vehicle on the internet and contacted MLM...Gerard Smith-Kenny was quick to respond to my initial contact, however, "follow-up" information o I saw my vehicle on the internet and contacted MLM...Gerard Smith-Kenny was quick to respond to my initial contact, however, "follow-up" information on the vehicle was a little more difficult to get. I had a trade-in to figure as well as trying to arrange a down payment and financing details on a vehicle I had only seen on a computer...I needed more information before pulling the trigger, and I realize that Gerard was at the mercy of his Finance Manager to get the information from him to me.....He did it in a fairly timely manner but I had to prompt him with texts a few times to remind him..! My main "gripe" has to be that I specifically texted Gerard to make sure that the vehicle, I was going to purchase, was detailed prior to me traveling 175 miles from Montgomery Alabama to Marietta Georgia....After all, this was my new "baby" and I wanted to show it off to all my friends in its best condition...I was assured by him it was in detailing that evening and it would be ready for me the next day....It was never detailed....!! It was covered in dirt, pollen, finger prints and the inside glass was filthy. I mentioned to Gerard, when I saw the vehicle for the first time, that it had never seen the detailing department and he tried to convince me that it had "rained" that night and that was the reason it was dirty. If it hadn't been that I had driven 175 miles, I would have delayed the sale until the vehicle was detailed. I didn't though.I just accepted the fact that I would pay to have the vehicle detailed when I got home. My advice to Gerard......follow through with details you commit to and don't try and lie your way out of a situation that you know for a fact is untrue. Gerard was a very pleasant young up-and-coming salesman and has a promising career as long as he sticks to the basics. I would buy again from Marietta Luxury Motors and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends for future vehicle purchases. More

Disappointed after sale I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and my saless person was Russell. He was a great sales person but after the sale was completed my experie I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and my saless person was Russell. He was a great sales person but after the sale was completed my experience with his was very disappointing. My husband and I both called Russell in reference to an issue we were having with the vehicle. My husband got through to him once and told him the issue, He explained he was with a customer and would return his call. To date we have never received a call from him. I took my vehicle back one week later to have the paint and leather protection applied. We were there from 10:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. and Russell never once spoke to me or asked anything about the vehicle. I believe customer service extends beyond the sale of anything. Referrals should be important when you are in sales but I will definitely pass on this one. As a matter of fact, no one in the sales office seem over friendly. Should have waited before giving my initial review. More
