Monday morning, she called to see what time I would like to come in to see the vehicle so she could have it ready for my arrival. Upon my arrival she held true to her word. She was there and assisted me in every manner I needed. She displayed the professionalism that the company can be proud of and should immolate for their entire staff. More

Great Sales Experince Went in for one car and was NOT impressed. I was ready to leave until Anish Patel stepped in and was concerned about making sure I didn't leave until Went in for one car and was NOT impressed. He didn't try to push the car on me or make anything uncomfortable. He understood that the car didn't have one of my must haves and understood that I wasn't trying to accept some third party after market solution. Carolina (my Sales Associate was very nice and polite. No games from either of them. I was however very unsatisfied with the delivery of the vehicle. This nothing against Marietta Luxury Motors as I know a lot if not all dealers contract this work out. Wax left on the vehicle, dirt on the steering wheel. Battery has corrosive dried acid on the connector. A velcro sticky left on the dash from the previous owner. Detailer looked at it, said someting to Carolina, and left. I mean left and I saw him started to work on other things. Carolina, my Sales Rep, (to make sure I was happy) started removing it on her own and then finally went and got another detailer who was willing to try and help. They got off the velcro but left most of the sticky stuff because they were afraid to mess up the dash. Two issues with that. One why wasn't this taken off when it was taken into the dealer. Two, what kind of detailer doesn't have goo-gone or something like that? It's because of this I'm giving my experience a 4 star instead of 5. Had I gotten the attention to detail that I'm sure the $60,000 and up vehicles got from the detailer then it would have been a 5 star. More

Efficient/ no nonsense! We shopped on the Internet for a truck for our son. Russell responded to our son's chat request and was very helpful. Since he was out when we needed to test drive the next morning Victor was expecting us & the car was waiting on us. Patel tried to get us to buy after we drove it but we had others to look at. After looking around most of the day, we came back & purchased the truck. Russell was very patient as our son did the negotiating. It was very straightforward-- great learning process. As soon as we had a deal, they took the car into detailing. Financing was a breeze. We had a pre-approval loan draft but they met the rate. We also added a warranty & gap coverage to our deal which Matthew did a great job of explaining. I've bought a lot of cars but this was extremely efficient. Car cleaned up nicely & they sent us out with a full tank of gas!! The only thing I'd point out to shoppers- When we test drove, the car was clean but had not been detailed-- like you may see elsewhere. I think it's because they're such a high volume dealer & they automatically send the car to detail once you have a deal. Without hesitation, Russell & Victor addressed each issue we noted. More

Out of State Internet Sale We searched long and hard for our dream vehicle. We had a couple of in/out-of-state flops. Russell was exceptionally patient with us and our million questions. ...and then the million questions from our bank. Yesterday, our car arrived in Seattle, almost 3000 miles later. It was caked in mud (snow over the mountain pass) but even then, we could see our gem. Three car washes later, we couldn't be more pleased.
