Great Deal It has been a long time since we bought a car from a dealer rather than a private owner. Great Experience I was looking for a Toyota Tundra pickup and found one which was in very good shape and reasonably priced on Autotrader.com. The dealership was Mariet I was looking for a Toyota Tundra pickup and found one which was in very good shape and reasonably priced on Autotrader.com. The dealership was Marietta Luxury Motors and I contacted them for details. Christina DE Salvador was the sales person handling it. She was very professional, straight to the point, did not waste my time and was always very polite and informative. I liked the fact that she was following up with me the entire time very patiently. I am a very busy man and at times difficult to reach but she balanced a strong follow up without being pushy. Once at the dealership we worked out the details of the deal and as promised over the phone I got pretty much what I wanted, I'm happy with the vehicle and satisfied about the deal I got. I'm very impressed with Christina and I will recommend this dealership and sales person to anybody in my circle who might look for a car. More

Customer excellence I worked with a few different dealers in my search for a car for my wife. Our preference was an E 350 Mercedes. I finally came across one via cargu I worked with a few different dealers in my search for a car for my wife. Our preference was an E 350 Mercedes. I finally came across one via cargurus and it was at MLM. I sent them an email via cargurus and they promptly responded. They were extremely professional and didnot give me the used car power pressure sales. I was out of town when I found the initial car and by the time I returned the car had been purchased. Given the fact I had never stepped foot on the dealership I could completely understand. The Sales Associate Mr. Smith (Gerard) continued to work with me. He quickly secured me another car that met our criteria. The sales experience was excellent for the entire sales cycle. It was the best buying experience I have had for any thing that I have bought. Everyone we came into contact with at the dealership was outstanding and made the customer experience excellent. More

Good experience, need to discuss numbers earlier. I knew the truck I wanted to look at, test drive was good, took a while as it always does buying a car. I told them the monthly number i wanted to be at, but didn't discuss numbers again until I was back in finance, and the proposed number was much higher than I was willing to pay monthly. Thankfully we worked it out, but would have like to have the conversation before we got to the signing paperwork part. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, that one thing was my only complaint. More
