I knew the car I was interested in but not sure if I could I was just casually calling this dealership looking to see what financing options they had. I knew the car I was interested in but not sure if I could get approved for financing. I talked to Gerard on the phone, and he had positive energy exuding from him. I also had no doubt he was telling the truth, when he shared with me that I would not get a numerous amount of hard credit pulls. He seemed to have confidence in his finance team being able to get me approved, once I shared with him my credit background. After doing the online application, I was pre-approved shortly thereafter. I bought the vehicle I wanted the same day. Darryl Davis worked his magic to give me a great car loan rate. Gerard and all the people I met there are friendly and professional. They only by off lease vehicles so the quality of the vehicles and selection is amazing. We got a great deal with fantastic people at a top notch dealership. Highly recommended. More

Not to long ago, i was in the market for a 2009 Blue Honda accord coupe. i really wanted that car and i loved where it was priced. when I got to the d Not to long ago, i was in the market for a 2009 Blue Honda accord coupe. i really wanted that car and i loved where it was priced. when I got to the dealer i hated that I discovered that the car was already sold, so at the point i was over the entire experience. However Yovonna knew that i wanted a coupe and she understood how much i wanted a blue car and the price i was trying to stick within. She paired me with a BMW coupe that i honestly loved but that car was not on the lot. So i test drove a 4 door sedan 3 series and honestly she wow'd me. i loved the car even tho it wasn't anything i was interested in it opened me up to purchasing a coupe. later she did pair me with a 2013 blue BMW coupe and i fell in love instantly. I didn't purchase nothing just yet because as u can see i went for one thing and was sold on the next which isnt the issue, i love that Yovonna listened to what i wanted and she went out of her way to get me into something that fit the profile of what i was looking for and really opened up my mind to what i could possible drive. if your looking for great service and not somebody who will rush you into a decision and take their time with you i would most definitely say talk to Yovonna. I can Honestly say that now i have been taking my time now still looking for cars but FOR SURE ill be back to do business with Yovonna Thomas. i def recommend her for anybody to work with if they want a good car with great service.
