I knew the car I was interested in but not sure if I could get approved for financing. I talked to Gerard on the phone, and he had positive energy exuding from him. I also had no doubt he was telling the truth, when he shared with me that I would not get a numerous amount of hard credit pulls. He seemed to have confidence in his finance team being able to get me approved, once I shared with him my credit background. After doing the online application, I was pre-approved shortly thereafter. I bought the vehicle I wanted the same day. Darryl Davis worked his magic to give me a great car loan rate. Gerard and all the people I met there are friendly and professional. Not to long ago, i was in the market for a 2009 Blue Honda accord coupe. i really wanted that car and i loved where it was priced. when I got to the d Not to long ago, i was in the market for a 2009 Blue Honda accord coupe. i really wanted that car and i loved where it was priced. when I got to the dealer i hated that I discovered that the car was already sold, so at the point i was over the entire experience. However Yovonna knew that i wanted a coupe and she understood how much i wanted a blue car and the price i was trying to stick within. She paired me with a BMW coupe that i honestly loved but that car was not on the lot. So i test drove a 4 door sedan 3 series and honestly she wow'd me. i loved the car even tho it wasn't anything i was interested in it opened me up to purchasing a coupe. later she did pair me with a 2013 blue BMW coupe and i fell in love instantly. I didn't purchase nothing just yet because as u can see i went for one thing and was sold on the next which isnt the issue, i love that Yovonna listened to what i wanted and she went out of her way to get me into something that fit the profile of what i was looking for and really opened up my mind to what i could possible drive. if your looking for great service and not somebody who will rush you into a decision and take their time with you i would most definitely say talk to Yovonna. I can Honestly say that now i have been taking my time now still looking for cars but FOR SURE ill be back to do business with Yovonna Thomas. i def recommend her for anybody to work with if they want a good car with great service. Thoroughly Pleasant Experience I just purchased a 2014 Acura from MLM. I admit that I have traditionally been leery of non-franchise dealers and I would still contend that you have I just purchased a 2014 Acura from MLM. I admit that I have traditionally been leery of non-franchise dealers and I would still contend that you have to do more research to locate the right model and ensure that it's in good shape considering the 'as-is' warranty policy, etc. That said, once I found the right car on MLM's lot, the experience was great. My salesman was patient and helpful, readily supporting multiple visits and test drives with multiple cars. The service staff were helpful and had no issues with putting the car up on a rack so I could see the underside. Finally the deal team were straightforward and pleasant. The whole process was fairly efficient as well. I would recommend MLM to others looking for the right pre-owned car. More
