Very Poor Customer Service! I love the car that I purchased from Marietta Luxury Motors. However, I can't say the same about the service. Although my Sales Consultant was (Pablo I love the car that I purchased from Marietta Luxury Motors. However, I can't say the same about the service. Although my Sales Consultant was (Pablo Gomez)nice, the experience was horrible. After being told that I would get a deal that I couldn't refuse, that deal was not much of a deal! The practically brand new car came with only 1 key. I was told that I would get a secon key and two months later (and after speaking with the General Manager), no key and no return phone call! My seatbelt was also to be replaced. The service department is only open two days out of the week! I have emailed and called to get the seatbelt replaced with no success. I will NEVER go back and advised my parents not to when they were looking for a luxury vehicle to replaced! Just a bad place for great customer service! More

The price was great but the experience lacking I found this vehicle through an online listing. I made arrangements to purchase including financing. Reality was that it actually took five hours to drive away in the car I thought I would have waiting and ready.....it was very frustrating! More

Fast and Easy! I travelled from Ohio to pick up a BMW X5 that was for sale on cars.com and autotrader. Chris picked us up from the airport with the car, let me test I travelled from Ohio to pick up a BMW X5 that was for sale on cars.com and autotrader. Chris picked us up from the airport with the car, let me test drive it back to the dealership, and I was back on the road in about 30 minutes. He made the process very easy and had all the paperwork ready to go.
