Due to a recent battle with cancer, the medical bills piled up and hit my credit dragging my score down. So I was really worried about no one financing me. I applied online to a few places and Eduardo Ferreira with Marietta Luxury Motors contacted me with a personal non scripted email a few hours later. I called him, explained my situation, and he was more than happy to talk with the finance department to see what he could do before I had to come in. He contacted me the next day, explained the approval, needed me to come down to the dealership to look at what was available. The car that the bank approved me for I honestly was not fond of at first. I looked at a few other cars, really really liked them and Eduardo really tried to get me approved with my specific down payment & monthly payment limits. He was able to get the approval however needed more money down due to the car(s) being older in years and having more mileage on them. I opted out, looked at the car that I was approved for again, did some research and discovered I would be getting a really good deal with this vehicle and I would be safe and covered under warranty if anything happened. During this entire process, I expected Eduardo to display the typical car salesman personality. BUT I was SOO shocked, he was the exact opposite. He was patient, he listened, he was honest, he explained everything step by step, the reasons why to the steps, he was not pushy AT ALL!! He was a human being truly trying to help another human being. He treated my husband and I no different than someone that was there to buy one of the really expensive cars they have. My vehicle was under $10, 000. Great Job Marietta Luxury Motors and Eduardo Ferreira and THANK YOU!! You guys ROCK!! More

She actually turned a bad experience with another worker in the finance department there into a pleasant transaction. She understands customer service and she also exemplifies the meaning of it. Robert Holley was my salesman with whom I will be doing business with again! He's genuine, pleasant, professional and very caring for his customers. Abraham Watson stepped in to assist when unforeseen circumstances called for Robert to be away, and not a beat was missed. The communication never lagged. This trio made my buying experience a pleasure and for that reason I would purchase again if I worked with them. They were excellent and they also made me feel valued and understood the importance of my time. I can't thank them enough. The car itself(Dodge Challenger) is immaculate! It's a true beauty!
