Unfortunately with the high volume of business that we do it is against company policy to hold a vehicle for someone unless we have a non refundable deposit in house. I hope you will understand it was nothing personal or intentional. If we held vehicles for every person that said they were coming to buy we would have a huge lot of vehicles on hold, we have people tell us each and every day that they are coming to buy a specific car and for whatever reason we never see them. There for that is why we ask for some commitment from the customer before we are able to take a vehicle completely off the market. I truly hope you can understand this from a business stand point.
