After selecting a car I worked with Maurice to finalize the paper work. I had lots of questions and concerns buying a used car but he answered each one, by phone, email, in person and right on time and always with a smile. I didn't finance there or buy a warranty but he still treated me with the utmost respect. After we took our car home and had a few minor issues, Maurice was still right there taking care of everything. He introduced me to Danny in the garage who fixed everything immediately and at no charge. We had a great experience at MLM and would certainly recommend them to our friends and family. More

I applaud the dealership for having a lot of photos that were very clear to help my comfort level in purchasing a vehicle site unseen. Also, the photos matched the quality of the veh. I would recommend the dealership expedite the FI process. I arrived with veh. picked out and check in hand but was still at the dealership for several hours. Overall I would highly recommend the dealership and Duane Smart as the sales agent! More

Carried through on comittments I purchased a car from Allan and this dealership in mid-October. I tend to be very skeptical of service after the sale but Allan and the rest of the I purchased a car from Allan and this dealership in mid-October. I tend to be very skeptical of service after the sale but Allan and the rest of the team at MLM kept their commitments. The car had a broken headlight at time of sale - which we all knew and agreed to remedy after the sale. Getting the replacement light to me lead to a couple of bad luck occurrences beyond the dealership's control (including one broken in transit and a faulty part on another). Through all the issues Allan stayed on top of the situation and kept me aware of what the next steps were...It took us a month to completely remedy the situation but Allan put in the extra effort to keep the commitment. I expect excellent service before the sale (and I received it here) but to have Allan go above and beyond after the sale to meet customer expectation made this an exceptional experience. More
