No complaints from me I went To MLM looking for a specific car but for some reason it was not available. I Then got hooked up with Duane Smart to look at my other options o I went To MLM looking for a specific car but for some reason it was not available. I Then got hooked up with Duane Smart to look at my other options of vehicles in my price range. Duane was very laid back and listened to what I said. He wasn't pushy and didn't just try to get me in just any vehicle. I finally picked out a vehicle and he helped me threw the entire process. I also was impressed with Marietta Luxury Motors because they purchased my vehicle from at blue book value and i had pretty bad credit and they were still able to get me in my vehicle. I would recommend this dealership and i would also Recommend seeing Duane Smart to help you out. More

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I LOVE my new car that I bought from Marietta Luxury Motors, but if I were writing a review for the car that I bought I would publish that on the manu I LOVE my new car that I bought from Marietta Luxury Motors, but if I were writing a review for the car that I bought I would publish that on the manufacturer's site. Instead, this is a review for the car lot. The customer service I received was terrible!!! I worked with Sunny who was terribly disrespectful!!! I traveled from out of state (2.5hrs) to look at a car that I had been researching for months. Once we arrived we were told on lie after another (every trick a sales man uses). "We have someone else coming in today to look at that same car." "This car only come with one set of keys" (the paperwork located in the glove compartment showed where it was to have 3 sets of keys.... Anytime we would ask Sunny a question he would immediately start talking over us. We were pushed so far that we left to eat and discussed not returning- but, by that time they had already ran my credit score. Did I buy the car, yes only to regret every giving Marietta Luxury Motors my money. Two day after buying the car my air pressure gage went off. (no one told me that my tires had nitrogen gas instead of air) so I had to find somewhere in my town that could fill my tires. Then a week later my check engine light went off- my car required an oil change. I took it to my local Pep Boys who were astonished that a dealership ever let a car off their lot before checking it over. They also said that non of the air filters had been changed (all should have been taken care of before I pulled off the lot) Then I had issues trying to get a plate for the car in my state. The information that the finance manager gave me was incorrect. He told me exactly what I wanted to hear in order to complete the sale. I tried calling the dealership multiple times leaving several messages that to this day have still gone unanswered. I event tried to email Mr. Le (Finance Manager) to express the troubles I was facing with the car- NO response!!!! I'm out and additional $300 that I wasn't expecting to spend. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!! RUN FROM SUNNY!!!! More
