I was never pressured to return back to dealership. I continued to verify all the features of the vehicle and Hasani was able to answer any questions i had. When i made the decision to buy i was greeted by the finance department. Normally this part of the experience would make people leave but the team provided simple and fair solutions. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable for the remainder of my stay and i drove away in a new vehicle that i was extremely happy with. If you do decide to visit, ask for Hasani. More
Decent price on my car; customer service beyond bad I am happy with the car and the price was good. Other than that, not a good experience. I was told the exterior was in great shape. Salesguy said he didn't notice in the sun (yeah right), but they could be fixed, no problem. I paid $1000 deposit with request they touch up the exterior and address a brake noise. Salesguy said he'd text me pix of the repaired exterior. Never got any. I requested trade in quote. I called to get status; no call back. Had to get a manager and still took a day to get an update. Was told all set. Arrived to see exterior paint chipping had not been repaired, so salesguy clearly lied. Manager at least tried to make up for it by delivering the fixed car the next day. Good effort there. They did not document my deposit, so I ended up overpaying by the initial $1,000. Refunds are 'handled by corporate'. Two weeks later, no refund and 2 messages not returned. Rather than waste more time to resolve like reasonable people, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Overall, extremely poor customer service. More

I drove down from Buford because I had two bad experiences at ALM in Gwinnett . Met Ryan and the appointment time and he again was very detailed in showing me the vehicle and while we test drove it. I called in on my lunch break and spoke with Robert. Great and friendly guy. Set up the test drive for a 5 series. Loved the car. Worked out a cheap interest rate for me. After the deal closed, he took care of assisting me with the transporting from my old car that I traded in (which was a fast process to get the trade in value for) to my 5 series BMW. Love the 30 day guarantee to fix anything thats wrong with the car. More

We asked for the Gap and Warranty to be cancel Never get your Gap or Warranty through them. Absolutely Too HIGH. We purchased the vehicle in February. We asked for the Gap and Warranty to be canceled in the middle of May. We provided all necessary documents in May. Gap canceled end of June. After over 25 calls threatening to get a lawyer and getting the news media involved, they finally canceled the Warranty the middle of August. More
Fraud Committed by This Dealership I HATE THIS COMPANY! YOU SHOULD NEVER BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY ENGAGE IN FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY! THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED! I recen I HATE THIS COMPANY! YOU SHOULD NEVER BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY ENGAGE IN FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY! THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED! I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Their sales rep confirmed via email the car was "at least in good condition" at the time of sale. When I received the car, this was anything but the case. My car required over $6,600 in necessary repairs in order for the vehicle to just pass inspection. There was also thousands of other dollars of repairs that needed to fix but I could not have them fixed at the moment for financial reasons (e.g. they told me the car's GPS system was working and it does not work at all). When I contacted the dealership to see if they would pay for the repairs, they refused to pay for any of the repairs. They also dared myself to pursue this matter in court. I have sued this company for their fraudulent activity. I will keep you all updated as to the outcome of the case. More
Who is this tax & tag lady? I bought a car from MLM at the end of April. I received financing from one of their preferred lenders. I was told that the car had passed emissions. Three weeks later, I received a call at work by a salesperson saying that I needed to return to the dealership for my car to be inspected. Ok, fine. It passed. I did receive somewhat of an apology from him and he did say that I (obviously) didn't have to pay for it although the inconvenience, the time, and gas would not be reimbursed. Ok, fine. I was told that my tags and registration would be done by the June 9th deadline. That was a lie. I went to the local tax & tag place and received an extension until July 9th. Around the last week of June, I started calling the dealership to speak with someone about my situation as I am a rideshare driver and maximizing my income is predicated upon being able to work for more than one company. And working for more than one company is predicated upon me having my car registration. I was given the number of the "tax & tag lady" Julie. I called three times from my mobile phone and left messages detailing my situation and my return number. I was never contacted. I finally called from my house phone and someone picked up claiming to be an assistant initially, but then finally claiming to be Julie. She then looks through her computer and tells me that the reason I don't have my tags is because they had to reapply for the title. She then asks me when my second temporary tag will expire, I tell her, and she assures me that everything will be done by said date: July 9th. That was a lie. So, on July 9th, I had to drive back to MLM to receive another extension. After speaking to a few sales associates, I was directed to a finance manager who did express disgust at having to deal with negligence from another department, but I received another temporary plate. Over a month later and still I have not received my tags. I cannot even estimate the amount of lost wages, time, and inconvenience that just doing business with this establishment has cost me. I am extremely disappointed in the lackadaisical attitude of the "tax & tag lady" as I explicitly told her in a direct and respectful manner that my livelihood depended upon her just simply doing her job and yet there has been zero follow-up. As a result, I have no other option than to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the GA Used Car Board, and the GA Department of Laws Consumer Protection Unit. More
