I was told several times there was nothing wrong with the car. Car was also listed at $21,500 with no disclaimer saying this was an "Internet Special/Sale." After driving from Nashville (3+hours), I took one lap around the car and noticed a 10 inch scratch on the back right bumper. Needless to say, I was pissed they did not tell me about this. However, I could overlook the scratch if they would negotiate on price. Once the negotiations started, they said the "real" list price was actually $22,999 and that the price on Autotrader was just used to get people in the door. They would not negotiate whatsoever (only came down 1k) even after lying to me and wasting my time. After walking out without a car and telling them I was driving back to Nashville due to their terrible business practices, Rhon, the Senior Sales Manager, had the bravado to call me the next morning to see if I could come back to negotiate some more. This dealer is very dishonest, and I would be very skeptical of anything they tell you. Definitely would not recommend. More

My name is Curtis and on 03/21/14 I went to Marietta Luxury Motors to look at a car I had viewed on Cars.com, (2007 Mercedes Benz CLS 550). When I arrived I was immediately greeted by my sales person Mr Luxury Motors to look at a car I had viewed on Cars.com, (2007 Mercedes Benz CLS 550). When I arrived I was immediately greeted by my sales person Mr. Rhon Lee. I told him what I came to see and he informed me that that vehicle was had been sold. I decided to look around because they had a large selection of luxury vehicles decently priced. Rhon directed me to several vehicle and even got the keys to some of them with no problem. I was all over the lot and Rhon showed me the E350 which I had researched but didn't think it was what I wanted since I had been looking at V-8's. After a test drive I was sold on the vehicle. I went inside and sat down with Rhon and after a little price haggling we reach some common ground. He then introduced me to the finance specialist Mr. Kelepha Njie. He was very friendly and professional. I told him what I could afford and he made it happen. The paper work was streamline and I was on the road within the hour after some free detailing and fueling of my new vehicle. Speaking of service, I would hesitate to get any work done on my car here primarily because of the poor attitude and stonewalling by the service manager Deivis. After I was informed by the general manager over the phone that I could come by the dealership to pick up a loaner car, Deivis kept insisting that he had no authorization to provide me with a loaner, leaving me no choice but to drive my own car when the work on it had not been completed. If you plan to purchase a vehicle here, be sure that all detailing / servicing on it has been completed BEFORE you close the deal, because the service manager is very unhelpful and prefers to pass the buck.
