I was moving to Atlanta from New York City and needed to have a car within a day or two of arriving into the city. Marcus Holloway responded back right away and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions, sent me short videos from inside the car so I could see the interior "in person" and negotiated on price with me all while I was still in NYC. We made an appointment and when we arrived the car was ready and washed and all the paperwork was ready to go. Marcus was a joy to work with and one of the most client focused, service oriented sales man I have interacted with over the years. I had the pleasure of working with Larry Johnson as my sales person. When I initially contacted the dealership to inquire about the car, I had my doubts about purchasing a car out of state. Larry explained the history details of the car and answered all my questions about how the whole process would go. He also offered to send me additional pictures along with the Carfax. I had no idea that the process would go so smoothly. Though out the week he kept me well informed of how everything was going and was even able to provide me with what my monthly payments would be with the amount I wanted to put down. On the day that I was scheduled to pick the car up, he contacted me to confirm the time that I would be arriving. Once I pulled into the lot, the car was sitting up front and ready to go. On my way inside I was greeted by several staff members along with Wilton Bailey. About 15 minutes after I finished test driving the car, Larry came to the waiting and told me the finance manage was ready for me. I really enjoyed chatting with Kelepha Njie while I signed my John Hancock on all that paperwork. All in all I can honestly say that my car buying experience was by far the best!!! More
