From the time we got to the dealership, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Marques was our sales rep, but I got the feeling that anyone there would have worked just as hard to get us into the right veh friendly and helpful. The day after we made our first visit we returned to make sure that our first impressions held up overnight, we finalized the purchase of a "new-to-me" Nissan Murano. I didn't feel like there were any "gotchas" or hidden information. The ONLY thing that left me disappointed is that I asked for the car to be detailed before I picked it up, and when I arrived, I found that the interior had been only minimally cleaned. There was still debris in the back, and the floor mats were dirty. A damp rag on the all-weather mats would have done a world of good. But, as I needed to pick up the vehicle that day, I took it in that condition. Other than the one minor issue on preparing the vehicle, I had a good experience, and when the time comes would go see Marques and Marietta Luxury Motors again! !!UPDATE!! After posting the original review above, Marques sent me a not and asked if they could try again on the detailing to make sure I was happy with the experience. That kind of effort is worth mentioning! More

I called the dealership and mentioned to Sarah what I was looking for. I told her I was pretty busy with work and my daughter during the week so the easier she could make things, the better. I had a trade-in and James, who definitely demonstrates that he knows his stuff inside out, told me exactly what my situation looked like. No sugar coating, direct talk is what you get. Before I arrived, Sarah had all three vehicles I was interested in parked next to each other, she made it easy. We made the deal that afternoon. They detailed the car nicely and even promised to replace the seat belt button that was missing from the driver side belt. Great experience overall. I returned to the dealership once they told me the button was in and everything they said they were going to do, they fulfilled. Go see Sarah and James (GM). More
