I called the dealership and mentioned to Sarah what I was looking for. I told her I was pretty busy with work and my daughter during the week so the easier she could make things, the better. Before I arrived, Sarah had all three vehicles I was interested in parked next to each other, she made it easy. We made the deal that afternoon. They detailed the car nicely and even promised to replace the seat belt button that was missing from the driver side belt. Great experience overall. Overall my experience was a good one. The first time I went to MLM, I found a car I love at a great price. On my second visit, I took the car for a test drive and was ready to make a deal. The dealership went to MLM, I found a car I love at a great price. On my second visit, I took the car for a test drive and was ready to make a deal. The dealership was more than willing to work with me on financing and getting the car at the right price and it took no time at all to complete the deal. However, during each of my visits, Nancy was helpful with finding the right car, however I felt she was only helping me because she had to, and was not as friendly as I would have expected someone in her position to be. Her overall attitude made me feel like she didn't want to be at work and it made me a little uncomfortable to be around her, for example she made several comments about how she didn't want to be at work. However, my overall experience was a good experience with her as she was helpful and understanding with my requests and questions. And before, I even left the dealership, I noticed larger scratches on the car. The dealership gave me a "you owe me" and buffed, waxed and washed my car the following the week, no charge. And even though it took a couple weeks and several phone calls, the dealership were able to set up my XM with two months free. For the price, the time and experience I had, it was an overall good one. I would visit MLM again when it is time to look for a new car. More
