Rhon Lee is the man! I was an out of state buyer,and Rhon bent over backwards for me to make the deal happen. He even picked me up at the airport in the car i purchased. When i returned to the dealership to bent over backwards for me to make the deal happen. He even picked me up at the airport in the car i purchased. When i returned to the dealership to sign the paperwork, i noticed that the wheels had what i call "curb rash". When i brought this to his attention, he had one of his detail guys promptly fix the issue. I could not be happier with my experience with Rhon or the Dealership. Class Act. 5 stars More
Rhon Lee went above and beyond any dealership that we have ever used. We traveled from Birmingham to Marietta to buy our 2012 Honda Accord EX-L V6. Not only was he very personable and in contact with us all the way, he even programmed my Cell to the Blue Tooth, set up the Sirius/XM Radio and explained all the bells and whistles in great detail. Rhon was GREAT!! Why we gave the rating that we did, because we got a wonderful deal on a preowned car and a wonderful Salesman. I would highly recommend Rhon at MLM. I even gave him a hug before we returned home. More
Wilton met us when we arrived and stayed with us until we were able to identify the car that we wanted. He was knowledgeable, helpful and assisted us with questions and through the buying process. However, once the paperwork was signed and we drove the car off the lot, all customer service ended there. Within the first few days of owning the car, we discovered the locks on two of the doors weren't working, so we took the car to the dealer for service. We then discovered the car needed a new battery, an oil change and something else was wrong. Thank God we bought the extended warranty, which covered the repairs, but not the $150 for the diagnostics test and taxes. We paid everything and went back to MLM to ask if they would at least cover the diagnostics and taxes fee; we were told by James, the owner or GM, that they would. It's been almost a month, and despite follow up by my husband, we haven't heard anything. I'd also asked Wilton if they would give us a free Sirius XM trial with the car; he said he'd ask James and get back to me. I've called him several times and despite his promises to call me back, he never has. We are very disappointed in the customer service we've received. UPDATE: After posting this review, I was contacted by the customer service department of Marietta Luxury Motors. They apologized for the lack of communication and wanted to get in contact to resolve the situation. I spoke with Daniel and we were able to resolve all of our issues to our satisfaction. Daniel did reimburse us for the expenses we requested, and even Fed-Exed the check to us. I appreciate Daniel working very quickly to resolve our complaint; his actions exemplify good customer service and helped restore our confidence in this dealership. More
