I went to MLM because I found an '10 Infiniti G37 Journey on their website. Unfortunately, when I arrived the car had already been sold. That is where Tim stepped in. He was also very instrumental in getting me the deal I needed in order to purchase the car that I found on their lot. Michael Brown is one of the nicest persons I have ever met and I appreciated the effort and good will he provided me through my trauma with this dealership. James Hill and the guy in finance, I think his name was Maurice were horrible. I bought a BMW, paid cash and before I got the car home I had problems. After dozens of calls & many lies we were finally told they would do nothing and hung up on my husband. I would never recommend or buy a car from this dealership again. Michael Brown is the only honest person that I had dealings with. I would buy a car from Michael again if he were at a different dealership. Management needs to put him in charge because he is the only one that seems to care about the customer. More

What a bunch of liars. Looking at the listing 2011 Mercedes C300 the carfax stated no accidents, the pictures showed minor scraps and scratches, but no apparently accidents. Asked Delvis Escalona to d Mercedes C300 the carfax stated no accidents, the pictures showed minor scraps and scratches, but no apparently accidents. Asked Delvis Escalona to double check everything about the car according to AUTOTRADER.com as well as MLM website and got a thumbs up confirmation. DROVE 8 hours to Atlanta to buy this car. When we got there the car had obviously been in an accident even though the carfax was clean (rear bumper). Not all the specs listed were present. We got them to lower the price because of the bumper. They wouldnt wash the car until the sale was made. Now I know it was to cover up many scratches as well as paint damage that looked like a water stains (it was actually paint damage from brake fluid) according to my fantastic body shop guy that I've used for 15 years. Also they include a $600 dealer fee that was HIDDEN from me when I called Delvis (and specifically asked) Overall I ended up buying the car because I didnt want to drive back 8 hours without a car. BUT NEVER AGAIN! Mercedes quote for all the hidden damage was over $3000. BEWARE signing the AS-IS statement from these guys. They touch up things just enough to make it not noticeable to the layman's eye. Feeling cheated. These guys are sure good at making you believe everything is alright when its not. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I appreciate his honesty with me in allowing me to make my own decisions without being pushy and this was ultimately the deciding factor in the deal being closed the same day I walked in.
