Everyone was super friendly, and Luiz was especially fantastic and professional as my salesman. I havent bought a car in 15 years, so I was quite trepidacious as to how the experience would unfold. I can also tell you one thing from doing roughly 6 months of car research: MLM has possibly the best prices around. No one else came close. Anyway, I was shown a few comparable cars to the model I was in for, and after the test drive, I was given a full tour of all the features inside. We looked at another car that had JUST come in, and though I was immediately enamored with it, Luiz was quick to point out that it had a few dings and needed a little body work before sale. So I passed. I'm sure there are more than a few unscrupulous dealers that wouldn't even mention that in hopes that the buyer wouldn't notice. Anyway, buying a car in general is a long and daunting process, but these guys made it pretty painless. And before I drove off, Luiz jumped in the car with me so they could put extra fuel in the tank for my trip. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! More

Once they had my check, costumer service went down the drain, every time I call to get some questions solved about finances (there are some issues about over payment that still need to be solved and I need credit back from them), they are never available, I have left multiple messages and they never get back with me, and the few times that I got hold of Wilton (my sales person), he says he's got costumers and he will get back with me, but he doesn't. Wilton promised to get me the owner's manual and floor mats, I still don't have them. The car had body work done, nothing major, but it wasn't nice to find out NOT from them. The experience has become quite unpleasant, and I'm still having to deal with them, more like chasing them to see if they could perhaps be so kind to deal with me. Review right after purchasing the vehicle: Wilton is so welcoming, he made the experience very enjoyable. Pointed out all things that need to be considered when purchasing a new vehicle, good and not so good. He made great suggestions and made me feel like he was there to fulfill my needs. Very pleased with the car as well, I'm driving now a beautiful BMW 128i. More

In addition, he recognized my differing between two cars and brands...BMW and Mercedes Benz, and knew of the car that I showed the most favoritism. I would recommend my friends and family to consider purchasing a vehicle from Michael and this dealership. More

I went to MLM based on the customer reviews and was not disappointed. Worked with Luiz G. and C.J. on finding the right car at the right price while there with my 3 year old daughter. Wilton was a joy to work with. He immediately responded to my email request and answered all of my questions. He was willing to come in to meet with me on his day off. I truly feel valued as a customer. I have already referred him to one of my friends. In order to disclose all of my feelings, I did not get the great level of customer service from the Finance Manager, James. He did not explain the process or paperwork and seemed irritated when I asked questions. He is the only reason my overall experience was good and not great. More
