From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a friendly, professional and knowledgable Sales Professional. We landed on a 2010 Mercedes GLK-350 SUV. (MINT CONDITION I must add) Our experience DID NOT end with a purchase due to my budget for under 60 months w/ warranty however.......... When we do decide to purchase and if they have the vehicle, THIS WILL BE THE PLACE I DO BUSINESS! Thank you MLM for an amazing experience, even though we did not leave with the vehicle we desired. JOB-WELL-DONE! More

Great selection of vehicles, great customer service. They really worked with us to get us in the car we really liked at a price we could manage. No pushy, pushy salesman their either. Their after purchase se really worked with us to get us in the car we really liked at a price we could manage. No pushy, pushy salesman their either. Their after purchase service was also quick and satisfactory. I would recommend anyone in the market for a used luxury vehicle to check out Marietta Luxury Motors. Ask for Rhondal Lee. More
I gave this dealership a 5 all around because, from the moment my friend and I walked in we were pleasantly greeted. The entire staff, especially our dealer Dan Blakely was friendly and patient as we tried moment my friend and I walked in we were pleasantly greeted. The entire staff, especially our dealer Dan Blakely was friendly and patient as we tried to find a vehicle that we wanted. In time Dan was able to find the perfect vehicle for us. Dan remained patient and friendly throughout the entire process, not once did I feel he became irritated or impatient with us. The financing part was also very pleasant. Dan and the finance manager did what they could to work with us on the price and make sure they gave us the best deal they could. I would definitely refer everyone to this dealership and our dealer Dan Blakely! Great Job! More
Mr. CJ EKE at MLM was very genuine and helpful. He did not put any sales pressure, was very responsive to my requests, and helped secure a good 2010 Nissan Murano for me. Everyone at this dealership was extremely friendly and willing to help. Gerard was very professional and patient with me and my husband as we asked questions and test drove vehicles. He worked very hard willing to help. Gerard was very professional and patient with me and my husband as we asked questions and test drove vehicles. He worked very hard to negotiate a price that was fair and within our price range. After purchasing my Nissan Murano, we had a bit of a hiccup with the bluetooth and Gerard set me up to have it installed ASAP. This whole experience from beginning to end has been nothing but pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and we hope to use them again when it comes time for my husband to purchase a different vehicle. Thanks a bunch to everyone at Marietta Luxury Motors! Keep up the great work! More
I was looking at the autotrader and this dealership poped up as having an Infiniti G37 Convertible. I emailed the dealer and they responded on July 4th about their closing time. Bobby Jones was the salespe up as having an Infiniti G37 Convertible. I emailed the dealer and they responded on July 4th about their closing time. Bobby Jones was the salesperson that contacted me. He wanted to know if I could come to Atlanta and look at the car. I had asked about two cars. One garnet and one blue. He indicated the garnet one was sold but the blue was still available. I wanted firm a price before I traveled four and half hours. He ask me to make an offer. I did. He think said they do not discount their cars. It was already discounted. I confirmed that the car was still available and told him I would come down and look. My wife and I got up and left from Charlotte and drove four and half hours. I asked about the car when we arrived. He indicated that the car was sold. I ask him why he did not call me? He said he just got there at 11am. I arrived around 12:45pm. Needless to say. I found these guys less than professional. I wondered if the whole thing was a bait and switch. After regaining my exposure from being very angry, Nalley Infiniti found me a car. Great people and dealership. They even bought our lunch. More

I was greeted immediately by Deivis who explained the car I was looking for was sold; but he offered to show me similar alternatives. Deivis was extremely helpful in trying to locate a vehicle that had the features I wanted (technology packages, navigation, ipod integration etc) and was also in my stated price range. He was very patient as he retrieved the keys for each vehicle I wanted to see. Once I finally settled on something we went inside to finalize pricing and to arrange financing. The vehicle I chose had just arrived at the dealer the previous day; thus it had no pricing on it yet. Deivis assured me that their prices and rates were quite favorable. He was correct. After speaking with his manager, Deivis returned with a price as competitive as any I'd seen for the make and model year of my vehicle with mileage as low. The rate was also very competitive. Overall my experience at MLM was a pleasurable one. If I have any complaints and they are really minor ones it would be with two things. When we (Deivis and I) reviewed to listing and carfax etc. for my vehicle on his computer, it stated that the car came with two keys. I had to wait a few days to pick the car up as the dealer had not had time to detail it etc. When I came to pick up, it did indeed come with two keys; however, only one of the keys was an actual full key fob. The other one was a crude valet key. Deivis was not in the day I picked up and the other associates simply stated that the valet key was the other key and that I could contact the dealership to inquire about buying another fob key.. Though I don't think I was purposely mislead, it was a bit aggravating after I contacted the dealer and found out that these keys cost hundreds of dollars and have to be programmed by the dealer :-(. The other thing that could be a concern if you are not careful is that the finance guy (James) does not go over any of the paperwork with you. He simply slides dozens of documents in front of you and points to where he wants you to sign. To his credit, he will explain something if you stop and ask; but if you don't he just let's you sign. Of course it is up to you to read stuff before signing it, but my issue is that he included some things in the paperwork that were totally optional and placed them in front of me to sign as if they were part of the mandatory paperwork. These included a $2700 extended warranty and $800 Gap insurance, which together tacked on $3500 to the cost of the vehicle. To their credit they have me such a good deal on the price that the warranty/Gap were acceptable for my purposes, but everyone may not want or need such coverage so I feel it is better to ask and not act as if they are part of the mandatory paperwork. If buying a used Mercedes, BMW, or Audi it's always a good idea to get an extended warranty, but the Japanese "luxury" vehicle I purchased is still under the original bumper to bumper so I felt it was a bit deceptive not to mention that he (James) had already included the optional warranty and GAP in the financing. I'm extra cautious so I would have gotten it anyway...but still. Overall great experience. Great prices and great sales team...at least Deivis was...ask for him! More
