His mannerism is impeccable, and this is a quality that is much needed when serving the public, Unfortunately, the vehicle that we wanted was not available at his lot, and he drove us to another lot. We did not meet with success there, either. Mr. Blakely told us that he would keep looking for our vehicle of choice. Well, before we arrived home in Columbus, Georgia, Mr. Blakely had called to inform us that he found the car that we were looking for! We returned to Atlanta, and purchased the vehicle. The only drawback worthy of mention is my experience with the Finance Manager. He was exceptionally efficient in processing the paperwork and explaining the details. I saw the the 2009 BMW 335i I liked posted on AutoTrader.com and inquired about it. Less than 24 hours later CJ contacted me about the car. When I pulled up he had the car ready to look at in t AutoTrader.com and inquired about it. Less than 24 hours later CJ contacted me about the car. When I pulled up he had the car ready to look at in the front of the dealership along with the CarFax printed. The whole process took about 5 hours, which was really the only con to the experience. After that I was finally out of there in a great car for a very fair price. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in terms of getting a great car at a great value. I have yet to deal with their maintenance/service department but I will follow up with my review on that later. -Mike G. More
