Hi Wilton, I realize that you did only what you were told to do. If I was rating customer service on you.. It would be a perfect rating. Believe it or not, I have NEVER filled out a rating or survey with a negative rating. I also have a thrid party service rating me on my job and know how important it is to have nothing less than perfect scores.. However, our intire weekend was ruined do to the false information ("yes, we take the check.. the check is not the problem"). I had two days to pick out and purchase a car and ended up calling into work Monday to go find one, and missed a pretty important business party Saturday Night. Had everyone just been HONEST we would not be having these conversations. By honest, if MLM was unsure about the check, we could have called to check, Cap One was open for the first two hours we were there that afternoon. We had assumed MLM called to verify because we were promised that the check could be used. I know that getting the car to that price was not going to be hard. After all, it was priced $1000 less online and I already knew that. Thank you for everything you did to try to get us in the car. Best wishes to you, Michael Snyder 678-458-2249

BTW, the suvey was really only promted when we finally did speak to the finannce person and was hung up on once we indicated our displeasure in the way things were handled.

Upon thorough review of the situation, we narrowed the cause to a communication issue, our finance department was trying to get you approved for the total amount of the sale at the same rate, however it was not achieved at the end and we did not explain it properly, again we apologize.
