I felt the need to update my review simply because during the purchasing process my sales rep was extremely kind. Things took a turn after a days. I didn't make a big deal out if simply because I had already been waiting almost 45 minutes. Now, about a month later, I had a few concerns regarding my tag information simply because we are in a pandemic and I was unsure of how the process works. I contacted my sales real on 9/28 and never got a response. I went to the dealership and spoke to another rep who said he was going to call her and let her know that I was there. But, for some odd reason he disappeared, she never showed up, while I was left sitting there while other reps continued to walk passed without asking if I needed any assistance. Finally I took it upon myself to ask Ms.Andra, who is always a pleasure to speak with, for assistance. She was kind enough to inform me on how the process works and referred me to someone in finance to further assist me. Other than that I am wholeheartedly still satisfied with my purchase but the vibe of this dealership is kind off in my opinion. But, you be the judge. More

To be complete honest, I was ready to leave. I met Samuel in the lot as I got out of the car which I drove there. He showed me 3 different lots of cars, gave me the keys, all the information about 3 differen in the lot as I got out of the car which I drove there. He showed me 3 different lots of cars, gave me the keys, all the information about 3 different cars (it was brain overload with so much information Samuel had ready to present to me that I was not expecting) and finally found the Cherokee TrailHawk that I wanted to test drive. I drove the car, loved it but decided we may be able to find something else. I wasn’t completely sold. I went to turn the keys in at the door and Tayo greeted me to ask about the car. He asked how the drive was & if I was ready to take it home. I was still not 100% on the sale. Tayo took the time to hear what I wanted in a car, took the time to hear what kind of financing I was seeking and took the time to solve all the kinks in the deal. After I told Tayo the financing rate I wanted and was guaranteed by the credit union I have been with for 10 years, he said he could beat it. I WAS SOLD. After he said that we went inside, looked at his numbers and he was correct! He beat my credit union’s rate by .12! If Tayo did not stop us on our way out with the great listening skills, problem solving skills, and financing knowledge he did, we wouldn’t have bought! I was ready to walk until Tayo really broke down the numbers for me on paper and showed me how ALM Marietta had the BEST car, BEST deal within 300 miles and BEST financing. This was so hard to believe even the super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manager Chris came out to show us how great of a deal we really were getting. I left the dealership with no buyers dissonance, knowing I got the best car for me. Thank you again to everyone involved in getting me into the car I got. Your hard work does not go unnoticed or unappreciated! I look forward to working with you in the future and recommend ALM to everyone looking for a smooth ride and smooth deal. More
