Horrible September 2015 I purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima from monster Auto located in Temple Hills, MD with about 29,000. When I took the car for a test drive September 2015 I purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima from monster Auto located in Temple Hills, MD with about 29,000. When I took the car for a test drive I heard a noise coming from the car I informed the sales person Sam of the noise he state he didn't hear a noise and not to worry it is a new car it is fine. A couple weeks later the sound persisted. I , first, took the vehicle to my mechanic who checked it and stated to me the vehicle had been in an accident. I took the vehicle back to Monster they fixed the issue because the car was still under warranty. In August of this year my AC started blowing out hot air. I had my mechanic put Freon in the vehicle. After about a week the AC was right back to blowing out hot air. So I had my mechanic put more Freon in the vehicle that ran out within the day. My mechanic performed an AC check on the vehicle which costed me $51.81. Upon the check he confirmed his suspension that the vehicle had been in an accident that caused the AC condenser to go out and the pressure switch to leak Freon. Upon contacting the dealership they informed me that my warranty had expired and that there was nothing that they could do. They are responsible because they sold me a vehicle that they knew previous to my purchase had been in an accident. Now there is several recalls on the vehicle and they are calling them campaigns. Then the Manager I think his name is Quintin told me make all my payments on time and call back in 6 months and he would tell me how to refinance to lower my interest rate. I called back and they told me he didn't work there anymore and Sam told me he couldn't do anything to help me refinance. Mine you all my payments where on time. they are a scam and a rip-off. More
