I have to give it to them that given my terrible credit history, they were able to get me the vehicle of my choice with a stingy interest. That is part of the game and I took it with the understanding and financial responsibility. I review in detail so that others may learn from it and in the long run, everybody hones in to a desirable outcome. Was going to call management or better yet file a complaint but this will do just fine for now I buy the vehicle ( Toyota camry 2014) and drove away with all the paper works taken care of. For some crazy idea my agent presupposed, ( I was stupid enough to admit that I was relatively new to the country, he calls back a month later and tells me that I still owe them( him) some money and that grace period was over!! I kept it all and behaved politely. I have the contracts with me and perhaps you are mistaken as I have already affected the payment as per the written agreement and owe you no penny. (Well, I got pissed when he told me that I argue with him!!) Where is customer service and ethics?? He said he will call back and the level of tele commerce or bill collector call could not resemble the aggravation he caused and never apologized and slammed it into my ear. When you have people working for you they are the ambassador of how well you sale yourself to the customer. Well, that was not the case for me. Great salesman bad car At first I gave Monster Auto Group 5 stars on Google. The salesperson was great. Then after having the car for about 3 weeks I discovered water in my At first I gave Monster Auto Group 5 stars on Google. The salesperson was great. Then after having the car for about 3 weeks I discovered water in my trunk with the spare tire. The jack was completely rusted and the carpet had mole. So much moisture and mold that the board attached to it broke into several pieces. I brought the car back to Monster and the manager Jeff assured me that the problem would expect fixed. After only a few minutes in the service area I was told by the manager that the water came from me pulling off the lining around the trunk. Not true at all as the lining is still completely in tact. He explained that the water is supposed to run through the trunk and that something was clogging the hole that release the water. FALSE! I went home just to discover water in the trunk the next day. I called Monster back and was told to bring the car back. I was told to drop the car off or sit in the dealership and wait for them to find and fix the problem. That was supposed to happen the day before. They did not offer to put me in a temporary vehicle so I asked. No...so after paying $4000 and paying $672 for the note and insurance I have to go stand at a bus stop or call someone to pick me up. A chain reaction of inconveniences followed. If only they made sure that I still had transportation during this process is would have been satisfied. The salesperson checked on me several times as I waited. I have yet spoken to another manager. I asked that I get something in writing stating what the issue was and what work was done to it and they refused to give me anything on paper. More
