My wife and I were looking for a van that would provide the extra room we needed for our third child due in February. It was a cold, windy day but our salesman, Seth Haley, was extremely patient with us. Seth immediately made us feel comfortable and never pressured us into a decision. His patience was commendable, expecially dealing with our two and four year olds. Seth made sure that we had the van we needed at a price we could afford. I would recommend him to any family, friends, or co-workers. We also had a great experience dealing with the finance manager, Russ (I believe Elmsmore) ... sorry about forgetting the last name. His patience in dealing with our screaming two year old was equally commendable. Also, woeking our loan to allow us a warranty was an important part of our purchase. Having the peace of mind that things would be covered for three years was great for my wife and I.
