Service department sucks, When I called and set up appointment for a recall I asked how long would it take so I know how long I would be there. Was told it would only take an hour to hour n a half, s appointment for a recall I asked how long would it take so I know how long I would be there. Guess what was told when I got there that I never said I would wait for it so had to wait for the ones that were there waiting for there first. Normal for this dumpy place. Got there at 8:50am checked back at 10:30 was told I was next. Great. Another hour and was finally out of there, only took 3 n half hours. Was thinking about a 2026 explorer , even talked to Susan F about it, but that won't happen. This is the reason I stopped buying from here. I have bought a 2023 explorer and a 2025 bronco sport from other Ford dealers because of problems from here, just thought I see if anything had changed but see nothing had so won't be back... More
