The purchase of my 2018 Tacoma seemed flawless until delivery. The delivery driver only spoke Russian so he could not note how unhappy I was with the missing high dollar floor mats, the cracked windshie delivery. After working out some financing issues with AoC (their mistake as they failed to calculate taxes for my county), they told me the windshield was not their fault, took no accountability for the driver, told me I could buy replacement mats, and finally agreed once I raised a complaint about how I was being treated to buy replacement headrests for me. I was assured these were ordered, even via screenshot. Those supposedly got lost in shipment and they were ordering another set. That was now four months ago, and I am at 6 months since purchase. Even getting a response from anyone is getting more and more difficult when I call. I would say you could buy a car here, but highly recommend you DO NOT have them ship it. They obviously do not care about follow up customer service. A message to management: if you can resolve JUST the headrest issue above, I will update this to a more favorable review. More

Not trustworthy - stay far far away from this dealership. This is the kind of place that gives used car salesmen a bad name. They lied and took advantage of our misunderstanding of how the laws governing car This is the kind of place that gives used car salesmen a bad name. They lied and took advantage of our misunderstanding of how the laws governing car dealership sales work. We saw a truck online and called to confirm availability. They said it was in stock and still for sale so we went to see it. We liked the truck and we committed to buying it. As part of his sales pitch the person helping us told us that someone else was interested in the truck but that they had refused to put down a deposit so it was still available to us. We did not need financing and said we could purchase the truck with cash or a check. The salesperson told us that they would have to hold a check and make sure it cleared before we could pick up the truck, so they preferred cash. We said that would be absolutely fine but since it was Saturday and the bank was closed it would be easier to come back on Monday to pick up the vehicle. We asked what we needed to do to make sure the sale was good and he asked us to put down $500 and sign some papers and then we would be able to come back Monday with the balance and take the truck with us. He also asked us to wait a bit for the finance manager which we agreed to do. Later after he spoke with her, he came back and told us she had several people in front of us so he would just run our card for the deposit and see us on Monday. Monday morning comes and we get a voice message saying that they were so sorry but they had made a mistake and the other interested party was approved for financing and now the truck was sold and gone, but they had another truck (newer and more expensive) that we could buy if we wanted. We were very startled because we thought we had actually purchased the truck, if we had happened to have the cash with us on Saturday the truck would have already been gone. After looking into this, we found out that unscrupulous dealers can do this anytime they want. They make more money off of financing, so they took our money in case the other party didn't come back and buy. When he did, they threw away the sale to us and sold to him. This is legal, but what they told us was dishonest. Based on what they said, we thought we had already purchased the truck and that they just wanted us to come back with the rest of the cash and to complete more paperwork because they were so backed up with customers. If the other party had been approved already the truck would have been unavailable and most likely gone. If they had been HONEST when we asked what we needed to do to buy the truck on Saturday, we would have taken the money from a different source brought it back and left with the truck that day. The worst part of this is that they lied and then acted like it was all a misunderstanding. They will of course refund our downpayment, but so what? It takes a huge effort to find a good vehicle right now and they completely lied and wasted our time. NEVER SHOP HERE. More
