Had a terrible experience trying to buy a new jeep. Refused to sell it to me at the cost I was told by text. So, then we had an hour drive home. They basically lied to us to get us to come down and wasted hours of my time and miles on my vehicle. However, when I went to do a final check of the car, they couldn’t find the keys. They asked me to return on Friday, only to change their mind, asking me to come Saturday instead. I was then informed the car needed a software update and a new battery, which they said would be done by Saturday. On Saturday, they told me the service tech wasn’t available and the car wouldn’t be ready until Monday, but they offered me the same deal on the higher trim if I came that day. I drove 1.5 hours to the dealership, only for them to claim confusion and say they couldn’t honor the deal for the higher trim. I agreed to wait for the original car on Monday. On Monday, they told me the car was ready, but once again, they refused to honor the original deal, claiming that incentives had changed — despite it being less than a week and still within the same month. It was clear they were being dishonest, as incentives are typically updated monthly, not weekly or daily. Save yourself the time, hassle, and money, and go elsewhere! More
