Poor customer service I hire a towing truck to take my JEEP to this dealership Thursday night , was Friday and I did not hear anything about my car I start to call and leav I hire a towing truck to take my JEEP to this dealership Thursday night , was Friday and I did not hear anything about my car I start to call and leave messages to service advisors Saturday night I received a call that they do not have time to see my car. Sunday pass Monday came Tuesday I talk to the service manager he apologize about no body to call me he help me and then again . Was a week and I received a call said my car was ready and I said WHAT??? I never received a call for the diagnostic. And they said was covered by my insurance I need to do the copayment and that’s it. AGAIN HOW THEY PERFORM A JOB WHEN WAS NEVER AUTHORIZED....... More

Shifting concerns I was greater as soon as I pulled up.. I had made an appointment a few days before because my car was shifting funny. Oil change/ car wash horrible!!! Went in for a free oil change and car wash as promised. However it took 2 hours and NO car wash. This is a poor display of customer service. Oil change / air filter replacement: not happy I normally recieve excellent service. The staff is very friendly. However, this past Saturday I did not have a good experience. After my oil change a I normally recieve excellent service. The staff is very friendly. However, this past Saturday I did not have a good experience. After my oil change and filter replacement there was white residue on my passenger seat. The panel leading into the air filter Was completely open. When I asked them to clean the seat and put the panel back in on the passenger side I noticed that the panel was warped. The person helping me told me that it was warped and there was nothing he can do. With a little bit of argument he offered to replace it for free and gave me a free oil change. I was not happy. I should not have to argue. I paid over $40,000 for this car from this company; the panel being warped and white residue/stain on my seat is unexcusable. More
