The service advisor wasn’t the friendliest person to deal with. I waited for the vehicle for an oil change and it took about 1 1/2 hours. So not bad but that was without a wash. Ever since they changed from browning dodge it has been going down hill on the service side. I have been bringing my 2 vehicles there for years and I believe it’s time to scout out a closer dealership since there’s 2 closer ones but always have gone there. More

Was called and told my truck was ready for pick up. I went to pick it up, and waited for 25 mins for someone, anyone, to help me. They acted like they had no idea why I was there. I was told a purchase price over the phone. So after waiting around and getting the run around, they reneged on the price. Total scam. I left, Not a satisfied customer. More

Never have the parts to fix my car. Parts department needs help. When they run out of something order it again. Only 3 sensors for 4 tires. They took very long for a oil change, even though I made an appointment and they didn’t wash my car, even though it’s apart of the service.
