I bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership, and I’m already dealing with serious electrical issues, with no real support from their team after the sale. When I asked him to stop cutting me off during a phone call, he literally said, "Okay, talk! TALK!" as if he had a reason to be frustrated, when I’ve just been patiently waiting weeks for a follow up. To make things worse, the Jeep dealership closer to me discovered that Norco never disabled an aftermarket alarm system before giving me the keys something that should’ve been handled at delivery. Because of that, I’m now being told I have to pay out of pocket for the issue. When I asked Mike for help, he blamed the other dealership and told me to “Google the service number and call them.”When I asked if he can do me the favor of texting me the number, and he was like "Just look it up" No accountability.
