Since I had to wait for my car, he ensured me that they would complete the service as quick The service adviser (Max) was courteous and professional. Since I had to wait for my car, he ensured me that they would complete the service as quickly as possible. All work was completed in a satisfactory manner with the exception of the wash job. I know the wash is complimentary but the lower parts of the car and car mats were left dirty. My prior experiences regarding the wash were much better . For that reason, I will give Browning 4 stars rather than 5 for quality of work performed. But all in all, I will return to Browning for my future service needs. Max is a keeper. More
