I had to take my car back 3 times for a simple key programming. They were supposed to program 2 keys, were paid for 2 by my warranty and only provided me with one. Next appointment to get second key programming. They were supposed to program 2 keys, were paid for 2 by my warranty and only provided me with one. Next appointment to get second key was more then a month away. Again another day with no car. Picked up my car and later discovered the key they were supposed to have programmed was not. A third day with no car and they finally got it right. Original service writer was very bitchy and shrugged her shoulders when I asked about my second key. I was not going to pay a second deductible for their mistake. I have since switched service writer… Oh how I miss South Bay Ford in El Segundo where they treat you like royalty. South Bay even provides you with a voucher for breakfast or lunch in their restaurant! More

Customer service representative gave me a wrong estimate. I waited a week to bring in my car because I was told you are very busy. Took my car in, it took a week to repair. No communication with anyone fo I waited a week to bring in my car because I was told you are very busy. Took my car in, it took a week to repair. No communication with anyone for the week you had it, even after several telephone calls and messages left. No notice it was ready and had to take more time off work. Went to pick it up and was over charged by $400. I questioned it and the same customer service representative said they made an error. Very disappointing for the second time taking my car there. Not sure I will be back… More
