My overall experience is very good when I brought my car in for the works oil change. I had my coupon which I love. I was in and out of there in under 2 hours. Multiple appts to resolve issue starting in Nov 2021. Dec 1, 2022 appt did not resolve issue. "Get back to you shortly" was next step. I had to call Dec 15 after no followup. Dec 22 appt concluded faulty Dec 1, 2022 appt did not resolve issue. "Get back to you shortly" was next step. I had to call Dec 15 after no followup. Dec 22 appt concluded faulty apim module. Agreed to order replacement part and let me know when available. After again no followup, I rang on Jan 19 only to learn part had never been ordered. Told it would take a few days to get the part and would contact me. Again, after no contact, I called on Feb 14. Told me part had arrived on Feb 10 but I never got a call. Last appt scheduled for Mar 2 for final fix. This fiasco last lasted months with no proactive updates from dealer. It required 3 separate trips. The apim module is central to the trucks control panel hence most control features did not work for months. At same time, I got no warranty help with this issue happening within weeks of my warranty ending. Very frustrating all around. More
