Customer service representative gave me a wrong estimate. I waited a week to bring in my car because I was told you are very busy. Took my car in, it took a week to repair. No communication with anyone for the week you had it, even after several telephone calls and messages left. No notice it was ready and had to take more time off work. Went to pick it up and was over charged by $400. I questioned it and the same customer service representative said they made an error. Very disappointing for the second time taking my car there. My truck was in service for 11 days for battery replacement and alignment, not to mention service department claimed it was not suggested that I sit in truck and even listen to my radio for any lon replacement and alignment, not to mention service department claimed it was not suggested that I sit in truck and even listen to my radio for any longer than 5 minutes, I wanted the auto start to be serviced and and they did not even list it on service list. Then the last item "Ford Pass" was not working and service department had no idea how to help me with it, ultimately a salesman helped me retire it. More
